Crestet
One of the oldest castles in the Comtat Venaissin, built in 860. Noted French architect Roger Anger renovated the castle, which was used as a residence of the bishops of Vaison la Romaine. Today it stands as a private residence and can be rented.
p>The small village has the Saint-Sauver Church stand in its centre. Walk the town and enjoy the restored Renaissance stone houses.Park at the bottom of the village and enjoy walking and climbing the passageways through the town. The fountain by the church dates from 1843, there is also the old washhouse and old well from his historic past.
